Two Cup Finals Tomorrow

Friday May 12, 2017

U21 and U16 sides both in action!

Following a resounding 5-0 victory over Coventry United U21 in the Midland League U21 North vs. South playoff, our U21 side face their final game of the season tomorrow. The opposition will be Leicestershire-based Aylestone Park U21, as the two sides prepare to battle it out for the U21 Challenge Bowl.

Wednesday's hattrick hero Eli Bako, pictured above with first team squad members Aaron Opoku and Kai Davis, are all set to feature. Kick off is 11.00am at Studley FC, The Beehive, Abbeyfields Drive, Studley, Warwickshire, B80 7BF.

Meanwhile, Adam Wilkes U16 head into the Midland Junior Premier League U16 Trophy Final, the first time a Tamworth FC Development Academy side will have played in a final since its formation just over two years ago.

Recent first team debutant Chandler Pegg (pictured below) will be joined in the squad by several players who will join our full time Scholarship programme in September. Kick off is 10.00am at Bedworth United FC, The Oval, Coventry Road, Bedworth, Warwickshire, CV12 8NN.

Please join us in wishing good luck to both sides!
