Players will be able to enjoy the benefits of playing and training on the new 3G surface alongside the first team at The Lamb. In addition to this our U21s will be battling it out in several regional cup competitions, the Midland Football U21 League and additional Academy exhibition games.

Following on from two successful initial trials, the next opportunity to try out for this programme will be on the morning of Saturday May 21st.

The programme, which officially launches in September, will see 16-19 year old players will train with UEFA A Licensed Coaches on a daily basis, and represent the club in competitions such as The National League Youth Alliance, The Midland Junior Premier League, and The FA Youth Cup.

Alongside this, players will study towards a BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sport, which is the equivalent of 3 A Levels, and can be used to access various University courses.
