The going's good for a night at the races

Monday Dec 8, 2014

With Cheltenham Town in FA Cup action on Sunday, Tamworth will go in search of their fourth league win on the trot on Monday evening.

Fresh from the 2-0 defeat of Lowestoft, Andy Morrell's men will be looking to move higher in the table when they take on second from bottom ground-sharing Gloucester City at Whaddon Road.

It will be new ground for a number of 'newer' Lambs fans as the last time since the club visited The Robins home was in 1976 (when that match, and all previous games were against the landlords, who you will remember we defeated in the FA Cup in 2013).

Kick off for the Vanarama Conference North tie is 7.45pm and if you can't make the trip to Gloucestershire, you will be able to keep up to date with the action on twitter by following @tamworthfc.
