TAYLOR READY TO RETURN

 SATURDAY’S game at Curzon Ashton saw Connor Taylor take his place on the substitutes’ bench having recovered from a troublesome calf injury...


 Whilst the former Aston Villa and Walsall man didn’t get an opportunity on this occasion, he is relishing a return to the action.

 “I just want to get back out there and help the team,” he said. “It’s difficult being on the sidelines, but I’ve felt no reaction to the injury in training and now I’m ready to play my part.

 “I didn’t get on at the weekend, but I will work hard again this week and hopefully I will be involved in the next game.”
