Table Topping Lambs at home today

Saturday Nov 30, 2019

The table topping Lambs entertain Lowestoft Town in the Bet Victor Southern Premier Central League.

It is also the day when we support the Santas Little Helpers Appeal and there will be a Team Builder collection at the end of the game.
Tamworth will be looking to firm up their position as pace setters in the league and will welcome back last season’s leading scorer Chris Lait who signed form AFC Telford United last week.
Lowestoft Town arrive at the CR MOT Centre Community Stadium at the Lamb in 18th place in the league with 13 points from 16 games. They have shown an upturn in from recently having won 2 of their last 3 games with victories over Kings Langley (2-1) and Coalville Town (2-1). However, they were defeated 3 - 0 away at AFC Rushden and Diamonds last time out.
Last season Tamworth travelled to the Trawlerboys early in the season and came away with all the points in a 3-1 win. Tim Harris was in charge of the team and the game will be remembered for a stunning strike by Kyle Finn. The other goals came from Chris Lait and Tyrelle Waite.
The return game at the Lamb saw a rare 2- 0 defeat for Gary and Andrew in front of a gate of 632. The line up for the Lambs on the 30 March was Singh, Green, Stabana, Spencer (Maphosa 66), Kettle (c.), Magunda, Concannon, Clement, Waite, Dias (Dwyer 66), Gordon (James 66) Subs: Frances, Shaw
The game will not be segregated and Lowestoft fans will be most welcome in the clubhouse before and after the game. Admission prices can be found here, together with other details such as car parking charges
For those not able to make the game there will be full match commentary from our Lambs Media Team sponsored by on MIxlr. In addition there will be updates on Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat and Instagram.
