Visit to National Football Museum before Salford City clash!
A sold out Tamworth Football Club Supporters Club traveled to Manchester early on Saturday morning on an exciting day out to the National Football Museum. The museum, based at the Urbis building in Manchester city centre, was founded to preserve, conserve and interpret important collections of football memorabilia. The museum was originally in Deepdale, Preston, Lancashire, but moved to Manchester in 2012.
After a full morning at the musuem, the supporters club bus headed on to Moor Lane for the National League North clash with Salford City, which saw the Lambs emerge with a 2-1 victory.
