 U21 player passes away

Tamworth Football Club were deeply saddened to learn of the passing of U21 player Ryan Craddock earlier this week. A club spokesman said "Ryan was a talented player with a big future ahead of him. He was universally popular with both teammates and staff alike. The thoughts of everyone associated with the club are with Ryan's family and friends at this extremely difficult time." Ryan died in a crash involving a Seat Ibiza and a lorry in North Wales just after 5.15pm on Sunday, July 1st.

Ryan's parents released the following statement "We are devastated to announce the loss of our son Ryan. Ryan was a happy, kind, thoughtful and loving son, brother, uncle and grandson. He worked as a labourer, however his passion was football. Ryan enjoyed spending time with his family and socialising with his friends where they enjoyed visiting the beaches in North Wales. We would like to offer our thanks to those people that stopped at the scene to help Ryan and his friends. He will be greatly missed by us all and we respectfully ask for privacy to come to terms with our devastating loss."

 Rest in peace Ryan.
