LAMBS boss, Andy Morrell, is looking forward to taking on Football League opposition when Mansfield Town arrive at The Lamb on Saturday...

The Stags finished in the lower reaches of League Two last term, but will prove to be a stern test for us.

“The aim is to give each of the lads 45 minutes,” said Morrell. “It’s a game we are looking forward to against League opposition and it will be my first opportunity to have a look at the lads in a match situation.

“We know that it will be a tough first test, but that is exactly what we need.

“Hopefully there will be a good turn-out of fans, who will get their first chance to see the new lads in action.

“Mansfield will come here and make life difficult. They are a team that likes to dig in but also know when to play football too.”

Admission prices have been set at £6 (adults), £4 (concessions), £2 (16/17 year-olds) and £1 (5-15 year-olds) for the standing areas and an additional £2 for the seats.
