 A round up of all the news from the Lamb on Monday

 Tamworth Academy Development

 In their first pre-season friendly on Saturday the development side fell to a 2 - 5  defeat to Hinckley FC at the Lamb. Highlights can be viewed here On Tuesday evening the team travel to Lutterworth (KO 7.45pm) and return to the Lamb on Saturday to host Ely Rangers (KO 3.00pm).

 The Youth Team will play away at Halesowen Harriers in the Preliminary round of the FA Youth Cup. The tie must be played in week commencing Monday 2 September, The winners will play Kidderminster Harriers. Once the date has been confirmed we will release the details.

 Tamworth Ladies at home this Sunday
 Tamworth’s newly formed Tamworth Ladies will play their first friendly against AFC Telford on Sunday 21 July, KO 11:30 at the Lamb. The opposition and timings have changed since this fixture was first announced.

 Glenn Pepsi West
 Everyone connected with Tamworth FC were sad to hear about the death of former player Glenn ‘Pepsi’ West. More details here

 Injury update
 Following a clash of heads in the game on Saturday, Thomas Baillie has stated that James Fry has had stitches in his cheek and will not be available for the Villa game on Tuesday.
