"Nothing is ever definite until the ink is dry", and so now that various things, reported in the press have been confirmed, we are happy to let you know about those players that have signed so far for the 2009-10 season.
Firstly - get your diaries at the ready - then click here for the full list of friendlies - including the now confirmed trip to Northern Ireland, a first visit to Leamington's new ground and a couple of local trips too.
(The Blue Square Premier fixtures are due out on July 03 by the way, with the first game on August 08.)
Secondly - we are pleased to welcome back the following four players to The Lamb from last seasons squad;
Bradley Pritchard, Jake Sheridan, Tom Shaw and Chris Smith
We also welcome one new one - 33 year old midfielder Neil MacKenzie from Mansfield Town - click here for info on the new signing.
** And on Saturday, Michael Blackwood became the sixth player to pledge his allegiance to The Lambs.
There are more contracts waiting in the wings and we'll let you know more about who has also signed on the dotted line very soon!
Our third piece of news is a very encouraging one - it is that season ticket sales have already passed last seasons mark and continue to grow - please see here for more info on how to get your season ticket for the 2009-10 season.
Unfortunately there is a problem with the credit card facility at the Lamb at the moment so payments have not been able to be processed as we would like - you can still pay by cash or cheque - and don't worry we'll be in touch if you have applied and we experience any on going problems, but we're hopeful of a quick solution.
And last but not least - news item number four is that we will hopefuly be able to announce details of the 2009-10 kit very soon and we also hope you will be able to get your replica shirts in time for the first friendlies.
That's all for now, but stay tuned for more news from The Lamb!
