Tamworth attempted to travel to Unibond Premier side Guiseley for their Third Round tie on Saturday (Jan 30) but the call came through that the referee had postponed the game due to frozen areas of the pitch as the players and fans coaches were halfway up the M1.
The game has been rearranged for Tuesday 02, Feb with a 7.45pm kick off. The supporters coach will deaprt at 3.30pm with a fare of £10 per person.
Boss Gary Mills has made a new signing ahead of the tie - Jay Smith joins the club from Eastwood Town. Going in the opposite direction is defender Dominic Langdon who has joined Zamaretto League side Brackley Town.
We would like to welcome Jay, who started his career at Aston Villa before moving to Southend United, Oxford Utd (on loan) and Notts County before joining Eastwood and we would also like to wish Dominic all the best at his new club.
