LAMBS HOST BOLTON ON SATURDAY

Friday Jul 24, 2015

THE LAMBS take on Championship outfit, Bolton Wanderers on Saturday (kick-off 3.00pm) as our preparations for the new season continue to gather pace...

The game promises to be another good test for Andy Morrell against a youthful but talented Bolton side that could include our former front-man, Kaiyne Woolery.

“We’re really looking forward to it,” said Morrell. “The game will test us and give us a gauge of where we’re at.

“It’s a big occasion for us against a Championship outfit and we know only too well that we’ll have to be right at it from the off.

“I know that they have some very talented players within their ranks and whatever side they put out it will challenge us, which is exactly what we need.

“We’ve worked hard in pre-season so far; there are aspects that I am pleased with and other aspects that still require attention, but that is the nature of the beast at this stage of the summer.

“I’d like to think that we’ll have a good turn-out of fans on Saturday to get behind us and add to the occasion.”

Kick-off is at 3pm here at The Lamb Ground, tickets will be available on the turnstiles and cost as follows: £6 (adults), £4 (concessions), £2 (16/17 year-olds) and £1 (5-15 year olds) for the standing areas and an additional £2 for the seating areas.
