On Sunday evening, in Tamworth Assembly Rooms, The TFCSC Heritage Project Team launched their book on the history of the club 'We are Tamworth, From The Lamb' to much acclaim.
You will be able to read a full review of the 'Hall of Fame' evening in Saturday's programme v Stockport as well as this weeks Tamworth Herald, but you don't have to wait that long to pick up your free copy, as they will be available from the clubhouse and clubshop at the game v Forest Green on Tuesday, or you could just download one...
Find out more in the main story.
Over the last three seasons or so, the Heritage Lottery Funded TFCSC Heritage Project Team have produced a website detailing the statistical history of the club since its' inception in 1933, www.tamworthfcheritage.co.uk, visited many local pubs, clubs & social groups recording the memories of fans and former players and officials, visited schools to tell the story of the club to the next generation and created a set of ‘Lambs Legends' playing cards, featuring the favourite players of Tamworth fans.
