CONOR Stroud looks ahead to Saturday's trip to Edgeley Park...

After our frustrating 2-2 home draw with Gloucester City last weekend, we now travel up to the north-west for a trip to Stockport County, who are sitting just behind The Lambs in the table.

Stockport County themselves have endured a frustrating couple of weeks, with consecutive losses to Chorley and Solihull Moors.

The Lambs will be hoping to maintain their four game unbeaten run, as we look to keep up the push for a play-poff spot.

 Last time out:
Tamworth’s last visit to Edgeley Park saw us complete a convincing 2-0 away win, with the goals that day coming from Javan Vidal and  Connor Taylor, who may return to the side for the weekend’s match.

In last year’s home encounter, however, Stockport narrowly won 1-0 through a last-minute penalty from Jamie Milligan.

 Ones to watch:
While The Hatters have no former Tamworth players in their ranks, they have plenty of Conference experience to call upon.

Kayode Odejayi has played in The Football League for most of his career, for Colchester and Rotherham to name a few, while familiar faces also include Danny Hurst and Karl Ledsham, who both used to feature for Southport.
