Further details on our new squad members...

We have added four additional players to the squad in preparation for tomorrows big game against Stockport. Find out a little more about each of them below.

Andy Morrell reflected on a busy week in the transfer market. "All the staff have been working hard to identify a few new faces to bring to the club. We finally settled on what we were going to do yesterday, and feel like we have added some real quality into the squad, with both experience and youthfulness. All the lads with strengthen us for the all important run in."

The experienced Welshman joins us on loan for the rest of the season from National League club Eastleigh F.C. Most comfortable on the wing, Kaid has numerous Football League appearances for the likes of Northampton Town, Cheltenham Town, Swindon Town, and AFC Wimbledon.

20 year old Central Defender Ashley joins us on loan from Wolverhampton Wanderers for the rest of the season, where he has recently been part of their successful U21 squad. Ashley represented Chesterfield in League One last season, making two senior appearances in a brief loan spell.

Midfield player Jack is best known for a productive spell at Burton Albion, where he made over 50 appearances between 2010 and 2014. He had brief spells at both Nuneaton Town and Hednesford Town earlier this season, but left due to injury issues. Now fully fit, Jack is looking to hit the ground running between now and the end of the season.

The latest Tamworth U21 success story, Michael had most recently been playing for the youth and reserve sides at Oxford United. Having scored twice on his U21 debut, and after bagging another brace last weekend, he was invited to train with the first team, and has impressed enough to be offered non contract terms.
