THe Lambs especially Caretaker Manager Des Lyttle have been in demand by the media due to the club's involvement in the FA Cup sponsored by E.ON game against Carlisle United . Des has already been interviewd live on air by BBC Radio WM and on Friday he will be interviewd on BBC Radio Cumbria at 8.50am and again after 6.00pm on their Friday evening sports programme.

The ITV camera's were at Whittington Barracks on Thursday to film the team training and then the camera's moved to the Snowdome where Danny Thomas and Alex Rodman were interviewed for the ITV Central News programme on Friday evening. BBC TV have also contacted the club and they will sending a camera to The Lamb to film the team departing for Carlisle on Friday morning. There will only be a few players at the ground as the majority of the squad are being picked up on route to the game. The film and interviews with Danny Thomas and Jay Smith will be on BBC Midlands Today on Friday evening or on their news show early on Saturday afternoon.

Talksport are the latest Radio station who want to interview Des and he will be on air during saturday morning> Former Lamb Warren Haughton is one of the stations producers.

Photographers from the Birmingham press were also at the training session and one left the Barracks leaving behind a lens which we later learned cost £8000. Luckily Kit Manager Buster Belford had spotted it and proceeded to keep it under lock and key until the by now worried snapper contacted the club to see if it had been found.
