AFTER the 2-0 away defeat to the hands of Corby on Saturday, Andy Morrell spoke with Matt Panter of the Tamworth Herald. Click more to read the gaffer's thoughts and watch the goals from Steel Park...
"We wanted to go for it today but it doesn't help when you concede after six minutes.", said Morrell, "It was a poor goal to concede, we let it bounce in our box. The fact we are going behind all the time at the moment is making our life harder. "We are always chasing the game.
"I thought our general play after that was okay. We passed it about alright in the first half, put in a few good crosses and hit the post.
"But we have conceded again, although I didn't think it was a free-kick, and left ourselves a lot to do.
"Second half, our quality in the final third was really poor.
"I thought we were okay in the middle third but our quality has got to be better in both the attacking and defensive thirds.
"We have to be more penetrative as an attacking force and we have to get back to being harder to beat. We are giving away too many goals at the moment.
"The lads are low on confidence right now and we need our big players, the experienced lads to help the young ones along because we are finding it difficult at the minute.
"We have to dig deep as a group and work very hard to turn it around."
