Connor Taylor is keen to establish himself as a consistent member of the team during the season ahead...
“For me, the new season is all about establishing myself as a regular in the team and finding a level of consistency,” said the one-time Aston Villa youngster. “I want to become a player who, at the very least, is a seven out of ten performer, but more like eight or nine.
“I’m 22 years of age now and I’m getting more powerful, fitter and stronger. It’s time for me to really kick on and I see this as an important season for me as I look to get regular games under my belt.
“The gaffer and Mike [Fowler] have already helped to improve my game; they have shown plenty of belief in me and that in turn made me believe in myself more.
“They are great to work with and I am looking forward to continuing my development under them this season.”
