Th Cumbria club are not expecting any problems with the pitch for Saturdays FA Cup sponsored by E.ON cup tie against The lambs. The Brunton Park pitch has been covered since last Tuesday evenings fixture against Rochdale and despite it being cold no inspection is planned.

.

The team travelled to the north west on Friday afternoon and held a training session before some relaxation time. In the evening the players will have an evening meal and a quiz before being sent off for an early night so that they are fully refreshed for the game on Saturday. The coach trip from Tamworth was three and a half hours which included three pick ups so with no hold ups on the M6 it was a fairly uneventful journey except for the coach DVD packing in five minutes into a Peter Kay show.

The whole travelling squad trained on Friday so Des will have a full squad to select from on Saturday. Hopefully the lambs will be cheered on by about 300 supporters on the day
