BetVictor Southern Central Division Week 7 Preview

Friday Sep 13, 2019

After all the teams enforced break from league action last weekend due to FA Cup action, a full programme is in place this weekend. If non-league football seems a bit risky to bet on this early in the season then look at best online casinos for alternative fun.

The Lambs are back in action this weekend following two very impressive cup victories in the last week. Redditch United visit The CR MOT Centre Community Stadium on the back of a disappointing exit in the FA Cup at the hands of Sutton Coldfield from the division below. They currently sit in 9th place in the league, one place below Tamworth, with 9 points from 6 games. Our opponents have gained 4 points from their 3 away games and a tough game is expected with the victor likely jumping into a playoff position. Last season Redditch upset The Lambs 3-1 at The CR MOT Centre Stadium back in October and the teams played out a 0-0 draw at Redditch. Tamworth seem to be the team in form and are justifiably 4/9 favourites to gain the home win, with 16/5 for the draw and 9/2 for Redditch to repeat last season’s efforts.

Table topping Banbury host struggling Hitchin on the back of three straight league victories and the bookies have them at 4/5 which seems the best value this weekend. Hitchin have lost their last three league games and are 13/5 to grab their first league win of the season. The draw is 13/5.

Rushall host lowly St. Ives with the hope of gaining top spot in the league with a victory. Rushall are 8/13, the draw 27/20 and St. Ives 7/2.

In a top of the league clash, 3rd place Royston travel to 4th place AFC Rushden & Diamonds, in what could be a future play-off tie. Rushden are 6/5 favourites as they are home, with the draw 13/5 and Royston 13/8 to keep their 3 game winning streak going.

It is still early days as for as the league table is concerned and top sports betting sites can be looked at for offers and tips. Even at this early stage though, it is important not to fall off the pace as already a 1/6 of the season passed by!
