League One outfit Bristol City travel to The Lamb this Sunday afternoon (2pm) for the ITV televised FA Cup clash that could see Tamworth make their fourth third round appearance in eight years and despite the visiting side competing in the Championship last season Lambs boss Dale Belford is confident of beating the odds.
"We're always confident going into any game, we set up every game to win irrespective of who the opposition are and where we are playing.
"This won't change because we are playing a team from League 1, they were in the Championship last year and got relegated and on the back of that they've not started particularly well this season."
Belford believes his side have the experience to compete against The Robins in what he predicts will be a closer encounter than most expect.
"We'll be going into the game with confidence. If you look through our squad we have not only got Cameron (Belford) and Tony Capaldi, but also the likes of Wayne Thomas who has played nearly 500 league games.
"Andy Todd who has won the Conference twice, Justin Richards and Nick Chadwick were both playing in League Two last year and are established Football League players.
"Richard Peniket is a Welsh Under 21 international, and David Morgan is a Northern-Ireland U21 international, on loan from Nottingham Forest.
"So if you start piecing it together in terms of experience and know how there's possibly not that much between the two teams.
"Despite the high profile of the occasion the manager insists the home side will change nothing in their approach to the game.
Belford said: "We wont do anything different this week from what we normally do. Obviously we have the opposition watched, we have a scouting report and we watched DVD's of their games.
"We have a game plan where we feel as though we can exploit certain things that they don't do very well and things that they do do well we can try and combat to try and win the game.
"Bring it on!"
