Akwasi makes permanent Chester move!
We can confirm that striker Akwasi Asante has signed for Chester FC on a permanent basis following a successful loan period. Asante has scored five goals in his three Chester appearances so far, before a minor injury ruled him out of the last three games.
Chester paid what they described as "an undisclosed club-record fee" to secure the services of the Dutch born striker, who leaves The Lamb having made thirty Tamworth appearances, scoring on six occasions. Please join us in wishing him all the best for the future.
