Weekend Betting Preview for The Southern Central Premier.

Wednesday Nov 13, 2019

It is an exciting weekend of action in The Southern League Central Division.

Selecting the winners will be difficult as the league is so competitive and there is not much to choose between many of the teams. Make sure you have a look at LSM for great offers.

On Saturday, Tamworth host Kings Langley at The CR MOT Centre Community Stadium. Kings Langley make the 102 mile trip up the M1 on the back of midweek defeat away at Lowestoft.

Tamworth are 20/21 to grab the three points, Kings Langley are 11/5, and the draw 5/2.

Kings Langley sit 15th in the table with 17 points from 13 matches played. They have won 2 and lost 3 of their last five league matches and also have been eliminated from both the FA Cup and FA Trophy in October. Away league form is good with 11 points from 8 away matches this season.

Following on from a 2-0 victory on Tuesday evening, Tamworth maintained top spot in the Southern League Central. Apart from a poor performance when eliminated from the FA Trophy at the hands of Gainsborough, form is excellent with four straight league victories.

A tight game is expected but Tamworth will hope to extend their winning run and remain top of the league.

Elsewhere, 2nd place Hednesford make the long trip to St. Ives hoping to keep the pressure on Tamworth. They are in good form with 2 wins and a draw in their last three outings and are 8/13 to win the match. St. Ives are 10/3 and the draw 11/4. St. Ives, on the other hand are struggling in the relegation zone, 3rd from bottom in 20th spot with 11points from 16 games. It will be tough match for the hosts as they have only managed a solitary point with 1 draw and four defeats in their last 5 league games.

Third place Banbury travel to bottom of the league Leiston in a tie that looks a bit of a miss match. Banbury have 21 more points than Leiston and are 4/9 to win the game, with the draw 15/4 and 15/4 for Leiston to upset the odds and grab victory.

So in a competitive league, the odds for the top three to all win is just over 7/2. However, it will be a brave decision to place this bet and maybe value can be found elsewhere.
