Friday Apr 10, 2009

It has been widly discussed in the local press and on internet forums that The Lambs are just a short hop from automatic promotion but Gary Mills' side will approach this Saturday's game against Stafford, followed by the trip to Redditch on Easter Monday, exactly like all the others.

Mathematical possibilities are not certainties so the team are looking for your superb continued support when County rival Rangers visit The Lamb on Saturday afternoon, kick off 3pm.

You will also be able to vote for your Player of the Season - as forms will be available in the club shop and clubhouse - there are only three home games left, so make sure your choice counts!

Alex Rodman and Criag McAughtrie are hoping to be back in contention after injury has kept them out in recent weeks but they face a settled side ahead of them as the squad aim to continue their good form on the field.

On Monday, Tamworth make the short trip round the M42 to Redditch United in what is likely to be another tough game listen out for announcements regarding a coach to the game at Stafford.

Also, fans will notice the clubhouse is undergoing a bit of a makeover and are asked to be paitient while the work is underway but it is set to be completed ahead of the game against Vauxhall on April 18.

If you would like to attend the Annual TFC Dinner Dance at Drayton Manor on May 2nd then you will have to be quick as tickets are being snapped up - contact the club for more information and availability.

If you can't make the official night out then why not come to the Supporters Club 'not quite the end of season party' in the clubhouse immediately after the final whistle against Vauxhall Motors.
