Clement followed Smith to Tamworth at the beginning of the 2018-19 season to join the U21 team.  Some impressive performances for the U21 team saw Jordan promoted to the first team squad.  He made his debut on 15 September 2018  in a Southern League Premier Central fixture away at Lowestoft Town, which Tamworth won 3-1. Clement scored his first goal for Tamworth, in what was Gary Smith and Andrew Danylyszyn's first game in charge on 26 January 2019, in a Southern League Premier Central home fixture against Bedworth United, the game finishing 2-2, with Clement scoring the 76th minute equaliser.

Jordan was one of the first players to commit to Tamworth for the 2019-20 season on 23 May 2019.
